The black and white image depicts St Francis of Assisi blessing the two patron saints of the Franciscan Secular Third Order - St Elizabeth who was Queen of Hungary and St Louis IX who was King of France. This image is a memento of the first congress by the Franciscan Tertiaries under the guidance of the Franciscan Capuchins at the Marsa Parish. This Congress was held on the twentyfifth anniversary from when the Church was inaugurated.
