Back writing: Malta offers two historic sites: Malta is now offering two historic Monuments - FORT ST. ELMO AND THE AUBERGE DE BAVIERE - to serve as the Seat of the International Seabed Authority. Both are situated on the eastern extremity of the promontory on which Valletta is built. The two buildings are currently occupied by the Government of malta but can be instantly vacated for immediate use by the Seabed Authority. Both sites are being offered by the Government of Malta to the International Community at a national rent.
