Senza titoloThe infidel slaves belonging to the Order named Iles Mustafa Ogli, Assan Babac Ogli, Assan Ali Ogli and Mustafa Sileyman Ogli are accused of grand theft. Iles Mustafa Ogli, slave at the kitchens of the Grandmaster's palace stole 2 silver plates during the festivities of Easter, handed them over to Badacogli and Mustafa Sileyman Ogli, who took them aboard the Order's Galley to Messina, where they were sold. Separately, Iles Mustafa Ogli stole another plate of silver and sold it to Assan Ali Ogli, slave of the knight Carolo Giannallo who recognised the plate as belonging to the Grandmaster's Palace. Iles was sentenced to hanging and the others to be beaten until they pass out.

Langue of Portugal, as Captain of Zurrieq, summoned the militia (dejma) but issues arose and the people of Zurrieq rose against him, wounded him with thrown stones and chased him into a Church. They then made their way to Valletta to protest directly to the Grandmaster but their delegates did not wait for the Seneschall's response and barged into Valletta, armed and as far as the Grandmaster's palace.

Fra Franciscus de Robertis Scillitans had loaned Paulus Bagdano some money in return for his services abroad on Scillitans's vessel on Corso in the Levant, but Bagdano had failed to satisfy the terms of the agreement. In his interrogation Bagdano says he was a shoemaker who occasionally worked as a soldier. It was proven that Bagdano had been unwell and so unable to sail when the ship had left and he was liberated.
