Witness statements collected from the captain, the marines Lorenzo Cassar and Pietro Sammut. He was sentenced to row for life.

Commences with examination of wittnesses. The first is Publio d'Alcuri, barbiero on the Galera Magistrale who testifies that while at the hospital of Trapani, he medicated Giuseppe Darmanin for a wound made with a sharp weapon between the 3rd and 4th ribs. He was wounded when trying to stop two Maltese soldiers from the galera San Martino from duelling with their swords. Many witness statements collected, providing information about maritime affairs and the Order's navy. The wound resulted in Darmanin's death. Cinthius Camilleri and Clemente Pansa were accused of complicity but acquitted. Giovanni de Munes was found guilty and exiled from Malta and Gozo for 10 years.

Domenicus Paulucci confirms receipt of 200 scudi in value from Antonio Fiteni consisting of various items, including items of manufactured cloth.
Compromised since top section of the document is missing throughout. Antonius de Paiella was owed large sums of money by Johannes Revest, Bathassare Gilibert, and Pierre Fartre and opens this case against them to retrieve his money (only Revest appears to be participating here). De Paiella was not in Malta and was being represented by his procurator Thomaso de Candia. The Judges were Fra Rafael Cotoner and Atanasius Alter, assisted by Notary Michaele Ralli.

Witnesses were heard, although the validity of some testimonies was contested. Petrus was found guilty but not kept in jail or fined. The case was appealed but the sentence confirmed.
