The sepia-coloured image shows the relic of St Paul - part of his wrist. On the second page, one finds the promise made by Lina Debono of 7 St Nicholas Str, Sliema to offer the intention after receiving Communion every first day of the month till the feast of Christ the King of the next year (1945) for the success of the Crusade organised by the Malta Catholic Action to live one's baptism. This Crusade consisted in the receipt of Holy Communion and other prayers including the Te Deum and a prayer to St Paul, found on the third page of this memento. St Paul is the one who baptised Malta. Ont he back, one finds another prayer dedicated to Christ the King. At the bottom of the back page, there is a note indicating that anyone who wanted to take part in this Crusade, he had to apply at one of the Catholic Action branches around Malta.
