Department: Judicial. Francesco Saverio Debono was accused of having caused disturbances and uttered immoral words. Three doctors were ordered to examine him and they stated that he suffered from "Mania Alcolica" and it would have been dangerous for him to appear in Court. Because of this illness he was not responsible for his acts. Court sentenced him to the Lunatic Asylum under strict custody.

The picture shows the Blessed Virgin Mary and St Joseph in a garden surrounding the Child Jesus with the Holy Eucharist in His Hand. Overleaf, the page is damaged but the picture is a memento of someone receiving the pastoral benediction from the Archbishop of Malta at the time, Mons. Dom Mauro Caruana OSB in Easter 1915.
