Domenico Portelli as procurator of the Hospital of Santu Spirtu in Rabat reports that Ferdinando Vassallo had been given permission to take possession from the late Paulo Sayd to cover debts owed to him by the same. Portelli requests that the Hospital be allowed to do the same since Sayd owed it money as well.

Magna Curia CastellaniaMargarita widow of Pietro Debono from Balzan reports that sentences in her favour had been pronounced by the court but that the nightwatchman Leonardo Mifsud was delaying their effect, and she asks that the Court move against Mifsud's person and property to effect the sentence.
Antonio Corso, Marino de Giacomo, Simone de Pierre, and any of their accomplices are accused of knowingly and intentionally murdering Michele Cordin, known as San Paolo, and Geronimo Raspi in Vittoriosa. Witness statements and interrogations. They were found guilty with considerations, and sentenced to three and two years' rowing without pay on the galleys of the order.
Magna Curia CastellaniaImperia Darmanin, Barnarda Darmanin, Catherina Martellini and Margarita Ferrenti accused Dominico Azzopardi from Qormi of murdering Vincentia Diamanti. He was sentenced to seven years' rowing.
