It is a memento of the Episcopal Consecration at St John's Co-Cathedral in Valletta of the Maltese Capuchin Friar Fr Francis Xavier Fenech, Bishop of Jhansi (India). An indulgence was gained if the prayer printed on this memento was recited for fifty days.
