Nicola Pietro Mamo reports that his deceased mother Geronima had married a certain Francesco Mamo, who maltreated her terribly and had compelled her to make her will in his favour, which will was therefore invalid also for not observing the usual forms and elements required by the law. He calls for the cancellation of the will.

Antonio Ellul from Vittoriosa explains that a certain Clementio Tabone had tried to sell his mezzanino to raise money for his medication, but he also bought a slave on guarantee. He had racked up considerable debts.

Giovannella wife of Giovanna de Thino and Lucretia widow of the deceased Antonio Granere from Burmula report that they were being accused of assaulting Gratia Gambino with thrown stones. They were incarcerated, and their younger brother Giuseppe had to escape as he was accused of taking up arms to harm Gratia. They ask for a formal monitorium to be issued for witnesses to come forward with information about this case.

Antonio Tholossenti, Canon at the Cathedral, wishes to prove that the five sacks of cimino agro which Domenico Azzuppard had brought from Zebbug to Valletta some days before, and which Angelo De Amato had brought to Gioanne Vitaz had been ordered confiscated by him from the inheritance of the deceased Ambrosio Pisano.

Mattheo Buhagiar from Qormi was pursuing a legal case against Leonardo Muscat in the Corte della Magistrale Secretia, and also reports that he had always enjoyed the right of passage to his housing in Qormi through a land recently acquired by Muscat, who was now restricting and forbidding his access.

Compromised due to damage. Thomaso Scataretici, Sergeant, wishes to make a solemn deposition that he administered the Confraternity of [] well and handed over all the community's financial assets to his successors.

An unknown person demands the return of property illegally taken from him by the courts.

Commercial partners Arrigo Zerafa from Burmula and Giovanni Antonio Greg explain that they had an ongoing case against Antonaccio Greg at the MCC. In light of this they make a formal deposition that Zerafa had given Antuniaccio four empty barrels which were to be filled with olive oil in Messina, to which Antuniaccio was sailing with his frigate. Money was also given to cover purchase and delivery. Antunaccio was also to bring another four barrels to be sold to Zerafa at cost. However, Antunaccio returned and sold all eight barrels to third parties and kept all the money himself.

The Frenchwoman Catherina Plana from Valletta reports the theft of the following items from her rooms: two paintings (one of a landscape, the other of nymphs), glass vases and other faience, and items in porcelain.

Cesare Passalacqua as procurator of the Common Treasury of the Order reports that Beatrice Cagliares had donated 1,000 scudi to the Canon Giovanni Baptista Cagliares, which she claimed to have previously lent to Bishop Cagliares, since deceased. She later qualified that there had been no such loan and that she had been compelled to make the donation, and that the money belonged to the spoglio of the deceased Bishop, and so to the Order.

Giacobo Muscat reports that in September 1642 he had been assaulted at night at a house of Notary Giuliano Felui called Tal Cortin. Quantities of grain and other produce, as well as lambs, were also stolen. He asks that a monitorium is issued calling for people with information about these occurrences to come forward.

Giovanni Paolo Xicluna from Luqa reports that he had formed a commercial partnership with Luca Ellul and others concerned with wool (lino). Ellul had been the bursary of the enterprise and had under-reported revenue to Xicluna's detriment.

Crispino Xicluna from Siġġiewi requests absolution from his oath given in a contract between himself and Matteo Aquilina from Rabat in the acts of Not. Gio Paulo di Laurentio (28/01/1637). Permission is granted, allowing Xicluna to prosecute the other party for his shortcomings.

On the reverse the same is done for Vincenzo Abela from Valletta for a contract in the acts of Not. Thomas Agius (16/11/1642).

Veronica Barberi had exchanged a place of habitation with Cl. Simone Hapapa and makes a list of all the valuable furniture in her place of residence to protect against losses or alienation.

Giovanni Paolo Bonavia as procurator of Fra Matteo Perier reports the theft of wood, stone and other material of construction from the garden of Perier in Valletta.

Information missing due to loss of paper but involves the previous sale of property at auction. Rev. Domenic De Bono requests an additional share of the proceeds to provide for the maintenance of children left in his care.

Giovanne Frendo from Gozo that reports that after the death of his mother Paulina, and complains that various items, household goods and money were illegally taken into the possession of Vincentia Frendo, daughter of his father Mario, to his detriment.

Geronimo Schembri from Gozo reports that he had left some money in the church of Santa Maria della Pieta in the cemetery of the Venerable Convent of Saint Augustine, from where they were stolen by some children. He also reports that his brother had lost some money and a gold ring. He also reports that some children had stolen produce from his land called Innighired, and he had to reimburse Rev. Don Pauloo Cardona for his share.

Geronimo Bartolo from Attard reports that as part of the dowry for the marriage between him and Catherina, daughter of the deceased [] from Mosta he had received some money and a parcel of land. Other information missing due to tearing.
