Department: Military. Colonel Chief Staff Officer is submitting the reason why the usual salute at Gozo held on the 14th of the month had not been held. The reason was that due to rough weather the Gozo boat could not leave the harbour on the day and the Artillery Brigade could not comply in time in spite of all arrangements being already made.
