The pastel-coloured image depicts the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Holy Eucharist. Underneath the picture, one finds the little prayer to the Sacred Heart to instil in man faith, hope and charity. An indulgence is attached to this prayer. Overleaf, this is printed the Eucharistic sphere at the top, flanked by two Latin prayers meaning Eternal worship. Beneath, there is a prayer offered to the Holy Eucharist by the Knights of Malta, Pages and the Servants of the Blessed Sacrament bearing the date of Sunday, 10 April 1921.
